Knuckles Chaotix goes Second Life!
(My personal username is "Mighty Yalin")

Second Life is an Internet-based 3D virtual world. Basically, it is a game, or world you play online through a separate program, downloaded from Second Life. Second Life is a huge world where you can explore and do basically anything you want - the limits are your own imagination. Second Life doesn't have a particular goal - it is more or less a never-ending story where you walk around and have fun whenever you want - you can't die or get Game Over or anything like it. Your player, or avatar could be basically anything, some player outfits, or avatars are for free while others are for sale.
With over two million users of Second Life, there are of course a lot of Sonic fans gathered on Second Life, and there is one area, or "sim" as they are called, which is dedicated for the entire Sonic universe, where plenty of skilled artists have created various worlds of Sonic, but mainly from the games (see screenshots below). And it is possible to play as basically any Sonic-related character. As far as I have seen, the following Sonic-related characters are available: Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Tikal, Nack, Rouge, Cream, Vanilla, Blaze, Ray, Jet, Wave, Hawk, Bark, Chaos, Metal Sonic, Silver, Heavy, Bomb, Honey the Rabbit (unused character from Sonic the Fighters)...and of course, Mighty, Espio, Vector and Charmy! Note however that these characters are not for free, you need to pay a little to get these as your player, but you can make money on Second Life through various ways, buy working, or by camping (check Second Life, for more details. You can also buy online currency if you have a credit card.

There are cirrently two Sonic-related sims - the first one is called ThirtyTwo and contains various zones from various Sonic games, where people meet, and RP with each other. There is also a mall where you can buy various Sonic-related characters. Dont let $400L scare you off - 1 real US dollar equals about $250L. There are also a few people taking comissions for creating your unique avatar, so if you ask them nicely, you might get a splndid avatar for a cheap price.

The second Sonic-sim that I know is called FourtyThree and is about the same as the previous sim, however the zones are less, and the mall is smaller. Worth to give a look nevertheless. You could, for example, check out Robotropolis at this sim!
There is more to explore, so I'm not filling out all details here, that would spoil all the fun after all. The sims are always changing, areas are coming and going, so I reserve myself for changes.
So...have I caught your attention by now? If I have, go to Second Life, and download the program, and once you've gone through the tutorials, open the map and input the cordinates: (ThirtyTwo, 133,47,2107). Or click here or (FortyThree, 132,131, 2400). Or click here, if you already have Second Life already running, to make a quick jump there directly.
And of course, if you want to talk to me, my username is "Mighty Yalin". If you ever connect to Second Life, feel free to send me a message, even if Im offline. I connect almost everyday, so I'll get back to you as soon as I get back online. :)
Please note that this is complely fan-made as no official relation to Sega Enterprises, whatsoever.
